Cintas Employees in Youngstown, Ohio work together to raise $1,408.75 for chILD Research

Cintas Corporation, headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, recently featured a story about Hannah, Hailey, and McKayla Crouch, a chILD family in Cleveland, Ohio, in one of their monthly publications. True to the Cintas Spirit, which is a big part of the company culture, employees in Youngstown, Ohio read the article about the family and decided to help.

The employees at the Youngstown plant launched some creative programs to support the chILD foundation. The 2nd shift organized a 50:50 raffle, an auction of donated goods, Beards for Bucks, and a series of Dress Down Days for the month of February. For a weekly donation, employees were allowed to grow beards, and on select days, employees could pay $3.00 to wear casual clothes at work. Together, they raised $1408.75 for the chILD Foundation that will be used to fund research!
